Time to Separate the Peanut Butter from the Chocolate..

I've turned off the twitter spam. You can all sleep better now.

No, I don't have the time to write as many lj entries any more, but the twitter feed has had more complaints than benefits at this point. I kind of liked it, but figure that it's not a big deal to turn it off..

Just cut it... lsanderson March 24 2009, 23:21:36 UTC
It seems easy to put in back of an LJ cut. Those don't really bug anybody.

I actually don't like to cut them, actually. I like to be able to skim them quickly without having to click into them....

Well, you can LJ-cut it or handle it in any number of ways fairly easily if you still want to do it, that likely wouldn't annoy people (and would let those who do like seeing it, see 'em). I just posted details on all that stuff in my LJ.

There's a chance I might go to the separate account. I don't like the lj-cut solution.

For what it's worth, your Twitter feed was a lot less annoying than some others on my f-list. I didn't get the sense that I was only hearing one end of a conversation, which was a nice change of pace from the others. Sorry you caught so much flak over it.

I hadn't personally gotten a lot of flak, I'm just being grouchy.

This happens seldom enough that I don't recognize it as such.
Which says good things about you. :)

While I am clearly in the "I find them kind of annoying and always skim past them because they're never interesting to me" camp, I commented in two different posts today that people can do whatever the hell they want, as it's their LJ. If I don't like the way you post on your LJ then I can remove you from my flist or change my viewing options so your posts don't show on my flist page, but at the core that's really my issue, not yours.

Just sayin' is all.

I did respond occasionally to your Twitter items. Yours was better than most others.
