New CVG Online Schedule

One of the things that I'm really excited about CONvergence this year is that we've got a new system for presenting our schedule online. It is really pretty cool -- it lets people login, save, and share their personal schedules if they want, as well as saving those schedules to iCal files that they can bring into the calendar program of their ( Read more... )

There are some options that determine the cost -- they have two tiers depending on how much branding and support you want. Less than $1000, and considering the complexity of our schedule and size of our event, it is very worthwhile. (I can answer more questions via e-mail if you want.)

Yeah -- Sched isn't really for those sorts of requirements -- we've got another system for that which we output into Sched (which basically takes its input as a google doc) -- but we didn't have a good way to present the schedule to the outside world.
