First off, I am not Michael Serpent. My name is Maria, or 'greengrassbitch' to whom he might have referred to in some of his earlier entries. I... I don’t quite know how to tell you this, but I bring sad news. Very sad news

I didn't know him, and he didn't know me.
But I was an avid reader of his stories, and respected him all the same.

I feel as if I don't have anything appropriate to say.
I'm sorry. I wish I had had the opportunity to know him, but I'm thankful for what he did leave behind.

I'm really sorry for your loss. Of course, I only knew Michael through his stories and his LJ, so I can't say I knew him well. However, I always enjoyed his presence and he seemed like such a good person. He will be missed.
