Glad to hear that you're doing well. Best of luck with the new guy. I really hope this works out for you, you deserve it. :o) Just curious, if it's not too personal, is there something significant about 11/30/2005? Anyway, it's good to know you're in good spirits.

life is always full of strange and bizarre surprises when you least expect it and the biggest surprise i have found is that i love myself a lot and that i am a pretty great guy ... i know that i am hard on myself but truthfully that is a part of my past i have to re-program myself into working back into a healthy place ...

This is some advice I need to work on. My anti-depressant/anxiety medication is helping, but I know that I need to work on changing my outlook on life. I guess I need to let go of things that are beyond my control and focus on the here and now and the things that I do have some say in.
