I finally got ahold of the video/photo software that I need (THANK YOU JVSTIN!!!!) and I have to upgrade my ram at least just to run it......
So..to convey my feelings here is a video of a rooster screaming with a backing band.

He really needs to be on tour. Even just for one song.

I need a single stick of 1GB on a two slot stick. I have a Dell that is turning 4 or 5 years old this year so that is probably all it can handle.
Does that sound like what you have? Both you and Jvstin mentioned having extra ram sticks lying around your house, WTF? Get a discount deal?

Let me make that clearer. A 1 GB stick on two slots with like 500mb on each or some other number.

i have a 1GB stick with two slots, but i don't know how the slots are divided up as far as the memory.
