Good morning all. it's been awhile since i last posted in this journal and let me just say, it's been a busy time for us at the bakery. First off, the day before Thanksgiving day at market is insane. it took 3 pastry chefs to get the order out with 2 carts full of pastries which include; cinnamon twists, apple pies, pumpkin pies, cheese danishes

Congrats on the graduating! I was wondering when that was goin down. I've kinda dropped off the face of the earth lately thanks to the house and stuff is finally settling down and I've been wondering how stuff is goin for y'all. Sucks about the hours at your job :( I'm real close to starting to look for one myself finally. The house still has a lot of work to be done on it, but none of it is so important that it can't be done during hours off. Plus, going by how things are with jobs (especially, it seems, in pastry) it might be a long while til I find something anyways. And hey, the fact that you have a boss that's fightin for your hours is awesome!
