I almost forgot! I need some help/opinions..

...on a video camera for my parents/mom.  It may not be a Christmas present, but we need a new video camera, and I figured now is as good of a time as ever to get one/really start researching.  I need something easy to use for my Mom's sake.  So, anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry, but I haven't looked into camcorders since buying one about 7 years ago. I'm certain they've changed a lot in that amount of time. :-/

That's cool :-) We've ordered mom a new computer for christmas, sooo, the video camera is going to have to wait a few months, hehe :-)
