Am I Selfish?

Last weekend when we celebrated my birthday, I chose Johnny's over Nando's and none of my friends get to have a say on the decision! It dawned upon me that I was being selfish... on my birthday. I don't think I'm always selfish so I thought it justified that on my birthday I get to be one. Does that therefore make me selfish in character
