CSI on a Tuesday night.
Waking up to the sound of two women talking.
Soft pillows.
Running late for the bus.
Again.

Work was busy today.

Caught the train home. But before that, I stayed back to organize my desk. But one of the telemarketers on the late night shift brought her five-month old baby along. She said her husband needed to work late so ( Read more... )

First off, did you breastfeed the baby? Haha. Now that would have been a great performance. Bastos.

I will get back to your post tomorrow.

i remember you saying you like people watching at airports. talking to street people is a variant of that.

it's great to be around them when you can give them back at the end of the day.

you can say that again.

I admire you for not being afraid to talk to the vagrants. I still struggle with my scared, ignorant and prejudiced side when it comes to them. Most times though I avoid them because I can't stand the way they smell and I feel sick. But other times, I just don't know what to say or I'm really scared because they're angry and cursing at people passing by.

Yes we are very different - I'm from the dark side and you're from the light!

Last night I ended up at the Clare. Like the other night I expected to get bored pretty quickly but it turned out to be a good night and I was there till the pub closed at 2.

I may have to stop going there because people at the Clare seem more friendlier and they actually come up and talk to me and the last two times I've been there I made friends. But all boys. Hmm... I think I will need to tread carefully here.

I enjoy buying a meal for some one less fortunate. It is one of my true pleasures. To talk to them, visit them, remember their names. Most people would be surprised to see what kind of lives some of these people had led before they ended up on the street. Doctors, lawyers, architects, software engineers.

That's beautiful. Something we have in common. I prefer giving them food than money. And like you, I am genuinely interested in finding out their lifestories.
