i just bought tickets to go to guatemala. omg. this is very exciting and a little scary. i am kind of afraid to tell my bosses.

but i guess what is the worst that can happen if i take too much time off? they fire me? that would be amazing.

guatemala! a country i know nothing about and don't speak the language! time to get educated!

from the last sunday of the month to the first sunday in april! one week!

how amazing. it'll be bonding supreme, and it'll even be right after your one month so maybe you'll have some flexibility with food.

yeah, it might be really hard to do the elimination diet there.
though actually, if you just allow corn, then you get beans, rice, and tortillas, which is basic and everywhere and good, so you might be okay...

though maybe a fried egg or two?

we'll see. maybe by the end of the month i will be able to eat some different things. this diet is only supposed to be for a trial month and then me and the doc are going to talk about it and go from there.

i miss fried eggs already.
