Dex + Firearms. -2 unless you have a specialty in 'heavy weapons'.
Damage cannot exceed 4 agg. (probably lessened for LARP) which remains consistent unless the fire is put out. after the initial attack the target cannot be damaged further. But damage can be 'upgraded' to the maximum of 4.
(an initial attack gains 1 success, while a 3rd yields 4. The first round the target recieves 1 agg and will keep taking 1 per turn until it is put out with a turn of rolling, or diving into water or being sprayed by fire retardant chemicals. On the 3rd turn. 4 successes and 3 more agg is added to the 1 from the first attack. taking a total of 6 agg as opposed to 7)
