Love this one! Where'd you get the pic of Bill in the Magnum? Glad to know his theory was correct. Of course, his ideas often were.

Given my expertise with Naval Order of Battle during my military years, I began calling them "minesweepers."

After this post I learned that these days drug runners will send a speeding car ahead of the car with the contraband so that cops will ticket the speeding car, allowing the car close behind the speeding car to get through unaffected.

I wonder if that's what was going on, pulling over the "drug" car instead of the speeding car, or if he just wanted to ticket us both.
