I'm feeling so down lately... Like I can't seem to finish even one project... Like I'm not doing anything right. Like I'm not meeting expectations. And then at the same time, in a very unfortunately spiral, the fact that I'm not feeling outrageously fortunate for all I have and how wonderful my life is makes me feel guilty and silly

Wow, sorry to hear about all of this. I'm around so if you need babysitting and I don't obviously have plans, I'm happy to do it. We missed Ryan's party! :( Hope it went well.
