Isn't Opryland gone? I thought it was replaced by Opry Mills Mall.

Gosh, I don't know. I read that article this summer...but I got the feeling that the lady mostly just ate wherever she was anyway, so she might have just believed she was at Opryland.

I think the Mall was in the parking lot...? Whatevs. Not exotic. And if you feel the need to explain "lobster", as if that's somehow ambigious, you probably shouldn't be writing about food.
