Time and time again...

My grandpa turns 85 today! Pretty amazing, when you think about it. I've been very blessed to have him (and grandma too, of course!) around for all my life -and I can honestly say I got all my good traits from my grandparents. (And perhaps stubbornness and an odd sense of humor as well. :P) He has good days and bad, but he perseveres through both.

Yeah! So many fond memories of being in grandma's garden and playing on that somewhat-of-a-safety-hazard swing...:3 Happy memories! I should be able to make grandpa's party on sunday, I will be visiting a friend in penngrove most of the weekend.
P.S., everyone keeps trying to eat my stuffed cupcake! Help! I guess I need to make some real ones so they'll leave it alone.

LOL, which saftey-hazard swing -the one(s) on the huge tree in the back yard, or the ridiculously tall one near the field? :P It's amazing that I only biffed it once on those swings, but ahhhh, good times. :)
That sounds great! You do know that his dinner is the 12th, not the 5th, right? At least, that's what I heard...
