This scares the crap out of Liz.
What if he caught them? He won't, since he's not at home. (He's on a date with some Fox News woman, and gross, but who is Liz to judge, right?) But if he did catch them, at his office or something, it would be so awkward. He'd pat himself on the back for seeing her inner gay lady years before it emerged, then she would deny she's a lesbian (because she is not) and, whether or not Jack believed her, he'd attempt to bond with her over their shared attraction to women... well, a woman who likes to bite your thighs before she goes down on you. Also, if he came in at the wrong time, he could find out what her orgasm face looks like. Jack doesn't need to see that. She doesn't need to show him.
Why is Claire even into this? What if she's after Jack again? Maybe she's waiting for Jack to show up so she can capture him and destroy him, and he'll end up dead. Or in Tampa, selling oranges by the side of the road, which he'd probably consider a fate worse than death.
