I've never even seen Grey's Anatomy (my cousin got confused at one point a while ago and thought it was Greg's Anatomy... that was entertaining. She's trying to get us to guess the word "anatomy" and going "Greg's... Greg's... come on guys!") but your icon makes me sad!

I'm pretty sure she had to actually tell us it was "anatomy" before we got it, and even then there was that "Huh? Ohhhhhh... now I see" moment.

Yeah, I think I would have to have my brain catch up to that... I'd still be all focused on figuring out if there was a show named after a dude named Greg.

it really is here. the characterization is stunning!

And it's a really cool bit the reference from Prom.

amazing. And I love that it's meredith's perspective.

This is so powerful. Certainly, it's very hot; but everything is so infused with all their issues, it's really devastating at the same time.

I thought you captured the prompt and the characters perfectly, and your writing is so beautiful and nuanced. Thank you so much for writing this for me. It's a pleasure to read Grey's fic from you again!

Thank you so much! I'm very glad you liked it. It was my pleasure to write it for you. (I did also write part of a Meredith/Mark ficlet for this prompt, but had no idea what the ending would be so put it aside... but hopefully I'll figure out what to do with that at some point in the near future.)
