This is real cute. I kinda miss Nancy... (although maybe this is cos I loathe Avery so much...) I like Liz being all into someone and WANTING to move it forward. Nancy's reactions were perfectly her. Thanku! Again!

You know, I kind of found Nancy's accent over the top, but she was a much warmer character than Avery is turning out to be. And I like that I could see her and Liz being friends; I kind of bristle when Avery says something mean to Liz. (It's one thing when Jack does it... and sometimes when Jack does it, it pisses me off.) Anyway! I'm very glad you liked this. For some reason, I love Liz wanting sex instead of seeing it as something she has to do because she's gone out with someone thirteen times.

As an aside... have you decided what your viewing relationship with 30 Rock is going to be in the future?

Me too. Because it is HEALTHY.

Meanwhile, I am just enjoying being without new episodes. It' lovely. We have gotten as far as "Gentleman's Intermission" out here -- which is how long I gave them to sort themselves out, oddly. I have watched some earlier episodes (which only confirms how much better the show used to be) but I'm not even doing that as much as I used to. Nor am I writing fic...but I did very tentatively rewatch some season five the other day. It's okay. I love Tina. I'm thinking...maybe I will just skip all of the Avery eps or anything to do with Jack's wedding/the birth of his child. I'm sure they are planning some kinda hilarious birth and I am so no sitting through that.

No idea why I love Liz/Nancy but I just do. Actually I think the major reason is the idea of the combined hotness of Julianne Moore and Tina Fey.

ANYWAY, I also do love how Liz is the instigator here and her not understanding why she can't help herself.

I love the idea of Liz as sexual instigator, too. idk why Liz Lemon having a healthier relationship with sex is so important to me.

I'm surprised how much I like it, too. I first thought about it because I saw a prompt on a femslash comment fic meme -- can't remember which one -- and eventually, especially when writing it for a fic request, it struck me how they could be really awesome as a couple.

I will certainly consider it! Hopefully it will go somewhere.
