In awe right now - such an amazing story. Perfect, amazing, wonderful... I could go on but it would start getting silly I think!!

Just one quick question if you don't mind - in the final chapter Blaine goes to the fountain a year after he met Kurt (so 1915 yes?) but on his grave stone in the epilogue it says he died in 1920 - so did Blaine not make the choice right away and then eventually did and faked his death straight away, or did he drink in 1915 and then pretend for five years (until Kurt came back for him??) and if so did he tell his parents or did he not (I wondered from the part about Mrs Anderson?)

Actually that wasn't quick at all lol! Sorry! I'm just really fascinated by the whole thing!

(Also I hope Hutch is enjoying 2012!)

Thank you! And really, do go on. ;D It wouldn't get silly. <3

It is 1915, yes.

Blaine didn't drink from the spring then. He was 19 when he drank from it, so... A year later? 1916? I think, It might have been 20 or 21 but I can't be sure (I know that he's physically older than Kurt, at least). He doesn't fake his death until 1920, when he "falls into a rapid and drowns."

His parents never knew about the spring, they never knew about Kurt.

Mr. Anderson dies I think around 6 or 7 years after Blaine, and then Mrs. Anderson dies a few years after that due to grief. :c

(Hutch and Finn are very happy together.)

Thanks so much for sharing this story with us. I enjoyed it thoroughly! I saw the movie Everlasting ages ago and had forgotten most of it, and I just loved the way you turned it into such a beautiful Klaine story. The scene where they kiss for the first time was truly beautiful - I think I will re-read it many more times.

Ah. There is an amazing feeling that comes with reading something so amazing. Leaves you inspired to go create and also wanting more. You are a fantastic writer and I absolutely loved your take on this. Your writing is just beautiful and just shaped this world so well with these characters ( ... )

I just have to let you know that it's comments like this that make writing so, so worth it. <3

I have never read the book myself, so this is based very heavily on the movie, although I obviously altered it quite a bit. If you've read anything I wrote before, you're probably aware of the fact that I like to show the build up of a relationship. If I'd had more time to write this (instead of putting it off until the last minute, because I suck) I planned to write a lot more of Kurt and Blaine becoming closer and trusting each other, etc. etc.

I felt like the movie lacked that, and hopefully I conveyed it here. At least, I was certainly trying to.

I ramble too much.
