Awe yay!!! I love Carole and Kurt bonding :)

We really don't get enough of it in fic, do we? Carole is always just sort of there, and we get Burt/Blaine and Carole/Blaine bonding.

But canon just sort of let us imagine the relationship between Kurt and Carole and I am having so much fun filling it out and making it amazing. Especially because Kurt likes Carole so much.

This was just.. OMG! Warm fuzzy feelings all around for Carole and Kurt getting along and Kurt coming "more" to terms about still being important to Burt and now I'm dying to find out if Carole knows why Blaine's in the hospital and if she does know will she tell Kurt. I'm assuming it's the whole Sadie Hawkins thing. Honestly this chapter makes me kinda homesick for back when I was younger and used to gush about guys to my mom because the feelings and wording is so natural between them. And now I'm wondering what Finn will say about Kurt spending so much time at the hospital (and if he knows anything about Blaine). Can't wait to see what will happen next.
ALSO! Love the new colors, it looks really spring-ish and cute like.

Aw. I'm glad it felt natural! I want Carole to seem both motherly and like Kurt's friend, because she's not trying to replace Kurt's mom but she does honestly want to be there for him and help him.

You are the first one to wonder about Finn! Bless you! He will actually play a much larger role in this than I think people realize, or maybe they just want to pretend he's completely out of the picture. But Kurt's not the only one possessive of a parent, you know.
