Sharpen it, and duplicate it, set it to Screen 100% opacity and you should have

and set it to Overaly 100% Opacity, and you should have

Create a new layer and fil it with #183f66 wich is

set it to Overaly 100% Opacity and you should have

Create another layer anf fil it with #eab064 wich is

, set it to Multiply at 100% and you should have

. To finish just duplicate your base again and put it above all layers, setting it to Overaly. I got this at the end:
