Its like this: Customer calls, has a question. You act like a lowly call-center newbie, tell them you can't answer it and you'll get a "floor supervisor". You put them on hold for a bit, and then pick up again. Then you act as if you're the floor manager for a bit, tell them they have a complicated question and that you need further authorization from a "division manager". Put them back on hold for a bit, get back on as the manager and answer their question. It drives them mad and once you get on as the "manager", they start talking all kinds of shit about the "lowly call-center newbie", you follow? You have to see it in action, its funny.

This is VERY funny. Either that or doing real floor support and talking to people who think you are the goddess of billing and you really haven't looked at a bill in like 7 months.
