Hi, my name is Tony, and I'm looking for a reasonably priced sublet that will allow two people to one room or has two cheap rooms. If you are the current resident of such an establishment and are planning on subletting, please let me know here, or at arobbert@umich.edu. Thank you very much!

Hey,
Me and my roommates will probably be talking about this this week and what's open in our apartment. I know for sure one bedroom is open in our 2 bedroom bi-level apartment. Free gas(heat) and water. Big balcony, and air conditioning run on electricity is great for summer.
The bedroom isn't huge, the 2 of us have shared it all year. Comes very nicely furnished with big walkin closet. Huge living room/kitchen/half bath downstairs, and 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Kitchen is great w/ appliances only a couple years old. Lots of storage space.
Must pay electricity and cable (though cable TV is free--they never disconnected us when the people before us left).
Great location in building on Washtenaw Court, right by CC Little and diagonal from the CCRB.
We haven't set how much we're asking, but I'd probably start at $300/person to go from there.
Again, all 4 of us haven't talked about it yet, but wanted to throw it out there. If you're interested, lizsto @ umich.

Hi,

We have an apartment on the corner of oakland and hill (less than a block from the law library) that we're going to sublet. Its a 2-bedroom and there are four of us, but only one person is planning on staying for the summer, so we're looking to sublet the other room. If you have 2 people for the room, thats great. We havent decided on a price. Let me know if you're interested.

We should have a site up in the next day or so (www.sweetsublet.com). It is a house on North University Court (behind Stockwell and the CCRB) with 2 open bedrooms. It is fully furnished with desks, beds, and dressers in each room. One of the rooms has a bunk bed if you want to share it. $350/person if you each take a room, $225/person if you both room in the bunked room. I've lived in the bunked room all year, and it's a great way to save a few bucks.
