When I read that comic, I always thought it was interesting they used "no more" as opposed to a definitive death descriptor. Technically, it leaves us the possibility that HRE didn't pass away, but rather has become something different, not that Italy would know/realize that.
I like to think that "no more" can be interpreted to mean he has ceased to be HRE in favor of becoming something or somehow different--Germany. :)

(I mean, those two look sou much alike, just Germany being an older version of HRE XD"
and wasn´t it that HRE actually was called Holy Roman Empire of the Germany Nation? oh my I´m living in Germany and can´t remember it ever being a topic in history lessons OTL)
you´re welcome @ sharing :3
and thank you very much for your kind comment♥ -^^-

And yes, you are correct! XD It was called the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation. And because the last Holy Roman Emperor was renounced and dissolved in the Napoleonic Wars, it makes perfect sense that France tells Italy HRE is no more...because he would have been involved in the dissolution. :)
<3 You're welcome, and I hope you keep up the wonderful, beautiful work! :3

Oh my...the Napoleonic Wars Oo I think I´ll have to look that up (hetalia really gets ppl like me to like history omg XD) because the only thing that pops up in my mind is Napoleon being a tiny man ahahah orz
I´ll try my best to keep up the current quality of my work, since it´s something I´m lacking of quite often >_
