and I am 22.My birthday is today, but I've been celebrating it with various people all week. XD! I feel like I made out like a bandit: art supplies, new athletic gear, and a "sock creatures" book and kit (so now I can make plushies out of all of my old socks XD!) I've also been fed very well this week. It's funny, when you get used to not eating

I'm sorry I missed your birthday! I've been so nonsensically busy, its insane!
But I guess I can push it all on the fact that I haven't celebrated a birthday with you in a while:
last year - you were in Portland.
the year before that - you were in England.
What can I say?! :P

And that thing about anime?
Its called an epiphany.
That's why I haven't written anything in a long time. And stopped writing The Tree People, because I had one and realized I didn't like my style of writing.

Plus, I've been stuck so far up my school work's ass that I haven't enjoyed daylight in a long time. Nor given myself time to dick around with different writing styles. My poor muse must have disappeared.

But I think if Zach moved up to Portland and hopped on the indie train, he could do a lot with himself. Just my opinion, though.

i'm hoping your definition of indie is different than mine. when i think indie i think post-hardcore bands and pretentious kids that shop at thrift stores. but you don't seem like a myspace scene whore, so i'm guessing yours is! lol

lol XD! Well, indie can be used to describe fashionettes, and some post-hardcore bands, but when I think indie I think indie pop/rock bands like Death Cab for Cutie, the Decemberists, etc. To me, indie just means what it came from--"independent," where bands are not signed on a major record label.
