We close on the house in one week. I can't think of anything else right now - too focused on making this actually happen, (which still amazes me). Inspection went well on the home we're looking to purchase in Gorham. Tons of work to be done, obviously but nothing that is a deal killer. Areas in the foundation need some more mortar to be better sealed against moisture, some floor boards are punky, a window needs replacing, and the old dry wall and wallpaper need to go.
