Yes, yes, and yes, Naruto doesn't even have to be uber smart or strong, but considering how Kishi's turned him out to be in the manga, which I absolutely adore him for doing, he's just an average guy who learns to work with what he has. It just happens to be a lot.

Anyway, yeah, tbh I think they switch, too, but I generally stay away from what happens during fondue time and stick to how their personalities clash. I think I just had a little too much fun with this kind of happy!AU Sasuke, because I secretly like him being tsundere just as much of a silly dork as Naruto

I honestly think Naruto would try for twice a day every once in a blue moon, while Sasuke's trying to finish a painting or something, and he'd be all like, "paint me with your *insert lewd sexual reference here*", and then he'd get kicked really hard by Sasuke.

I'm glad you're still writing for the 'domestic' series, I'm holding out hope for one of those pre-slash chapters, between Naruto thinking of Sasuke as Himiko-bastard and him crushing. Kiba and Shikamaru teasing a completely gone Naru makes for some amazing comedy.

My favourite of the chapters (in this series) so far has to be "The Theory of Happiness", I've re-read it considerably. Though that's true for all of them *cough*
