excuse me, but if they built the damned house right in the first place then there wouldn't be a soaked room!

will insurance cover any damage?

Well as of right now there is only water damage so no insurance necessary right now. Just a matter of soaking it up. And shoveling the roof! (Yeah right) But after it all melts off this week things should be fine. (I hope)
