Actually, I'm having a really good day. John gave me a huge birthday card with the Peanuts gang that plays Vince Guaraldi's "Linus and Lucy" theme. Oh, and I got the very cool bluetooth speakerphone/FM transmitter that I'd been wanting. He took me to buy flowers, and I went wild --- lilies and irises and gerbera daisies, enough to fill 3 ( Read more... )

Best of days. Wow! Flowers! I had no idea people actually gave other people flowers on their natal days. *takes notes for coming day of birth but then decides, naaaah, it's prolly not gonna happen*

We demands pictures of the flowers though!

Thanks, John! It's hard to believe that this August marks the 10th anniversary of Cody's arrival on Ghostletters; even more difficult to realize that I was 30, then. ;-)
