Tonight we're watching The Two Towers extended edition. I'm excited about finally seeing the 40 minutes of footage that was cut for the theatrical release. It's not officially out until tomorrow, of course, but there's a definite perk to having a boyfriend who works in a video store. It's Tuesday morning, and I really should be working at whittling down the stack of jobs on my desk. My heart is just not in it, yet. I have this project --- a tree survey --- where the civil engineer tech wants me to go back and put circles around the symbol representing the trunk of the tree. Last weekend was the Austin Celtic Festival. I wanted to go really bad, and none of my friends appeared excited about it, so on Thursday I bought advance tickets just for myself, for both Saturday and Sunday. John said he was going to have to work all weekend, anyway.

Work crap mostly. I'm still having a major compatibility issue with Windows XP and our CAD software, which basically makes my life Hell. I'm this close to crying out for some costly consultation.
