new shed

Except for one good day (more on that later), December has absolutely sucked. I would say let's fast-forward to January, but I'm pretty sure things will only get worse then.

Back in September we signed a contract to have our chain-link fence and rotting wood shed replaced. I tried to be a good citizen and apply for a raze permit from the county, ( Read more... )

Happy belated birthday! And all that demolition and waiting and mess sounds like a headache and a half. The new shed and fence do look absolutely beautiful and well worth it!

We're happy with the results, thank goodness. I can't imagine going through all that trouble and thinking, "ugh, this isn't right at all."

We had a partial shower re-tile project that went exactly that way, so I can vouch for that turn-out absolutely sucking! Although on a much smaller scale than your huge project, so it's live-with-able until the day we need to redo the entire bathroom (may that be years and years in the future!).
