why is my neighbor yelling at the top of his voice about football TODAY? Wasn't the superbowl yesterday?

I've been in this man's house... he has a TV the size of a small toaster. If he has TiVo, I would be quite surprised. I think he just likes to yell vaguely football-ish insults out the front door of his apartment.
