Something's kinda wrong here

Final Fantasy Type-0 for the PSP is actually the first FF game I am actually excited for since my falling out with the series in 1999 costs more than my copy of the Tales of Xillia for the PS3...

But I don't care, I loved the demo, so I'm getting the game. X3;

So how're things going with all of you? :0

Face-deep in my 3DS :o

The sad part is, I'm currently more interested in the Mii Maker than the Street Fighter game I bought. Then again, I feel bad about starting it when I haven't even finished Spirit Tracks for DS.

I haven't bought a Final Fantasy game since X-2, but I get the feeling I'll be reacquainting myself with other old series in the near future.

I need a game that will force me to buy a 3DS XD;

TAles of the Abyss doesn't cut it since I haven't liked that game in years and it's just a port.

My DS is lost in my crap hole I call a room....

I just like a lot of RPGs in general, so though the flavor of FF changed over time, I'm still pretty okay with it. I wish it would go back to the almost kiddie fantasy style it had back in the 2D games, though. Ghost trains and underwater passages and kings being replicated by monsters were kind of cool.

What was the last FF you liked? IX was from 2000, I think, so... VIII?

Yeah....FF now looks like a j-rock, sci-fi flick. Not to my liking, I'm afraid...

Of course my favorite FF was VI....I neglected my college life just for that game...and I still have the original cart and box!

Hmm...actually it was VII.... XD;

I didn't like VIII because a few characters annoyed me and you had to watch the summon animations over and over again (there wasn't a skip button as far as I can tell....). IX was ok actually. It actually did go back to to 'Fantasy' but Garnet annoyed the hell out of me..so did Steiner....Zidane and Freya were cool though....I still have the save spots and game actually! XD

This game sure has a different vibe from the FF games I'm used to. The first minute of the trailer didn't seem like a Final Fantasy game at all, heheh. But it sure does looks interesting. Perhaps I'll get it when there's a sale on Yesasia. I just bought Estpolis for the DS for $23 (regular price $72) so maybe that'll happen with FF Type-0 in a year or so.

Heheh, I'm so out of touch with what's going on in the gaming world. Hell, I didn't know Final Fantasy XIV was out until nearly half a year later! XD

I haven't seen price drops in many of the games, unless Playasia decides to do their weekly specials. Is Yesaisa cheaper? But that's awesome that you had a $45 discount on a great RPG.

ffff FFXIV...it's online and apparently rushed out and unfinished....I might try it out once the final patches come out...but I'm kindof done with MMO for the rest of my life. XD;

Oh and um...commission...kindof forgot about that.. D: I wonder if I could put the bigger one on hold and maybe ask for a smaller one instead? Possibly next month?

It seems like Playasia is a little cheaper, though you'd need to consider how much extra in shipping it would be, whereas the shipping at Yesasia is integrated into the price, which is how they can get away with "free shipping" over $39.

Yeah, I read about that. Shame on you, Square-Enix. XD Not that I'm all that interested in it anyway, heheh. I don't think I've ever played a MMO before; I like my offline games better. :)

No worries! Sure, I can do that. I'll be waiting! :D
