I debated what cup exactly... that I would be using to measure out my foods... and even though my 40 oz water jug looked fairly tempting... I ended up opting for one of those little plastic coffee cups that old people use to spit in.

Although, I am still debating if I am going to squish as much crap as I can in the cup or just barely pack it.

It's a dilemma.
