larry agrees..former NewYorkSprtsClub personal trainer....and yes..lots and lots of crunches..
do normal ones, left/right side crunches, reverse crunches, where you lay down on your back, and extend your legs straight in and out..without touching the ground..and then the next one..have somebody with you, cause you will lay on your back, keep your legs straight..and do leg raises, while somebody pushes your legs back down..to give resistance.
your personal training sucks! haha if you dont give them a diet to stick to and the incriment for set and reps you are just stating the obvious of what most people should already know....asian XD also you need the aerobic portion of the exercise in order to burn the fat
