Eee! Can't wait for the hols either. I'm going to be so busy, but I'll get to do fun stuff too, hopefully.

Vis a vis cold sores, I thought I had one a while ago (I'm pretty much convinced it wasn't one; I had the tingle, but I suspect I just had a spot on my lip and then put my tingly lip balm on it, d'oh) and you can get little clear patches to put on them which apparently prevent the blister from breaking and going nasty. They definitely stop you from touching the spot so much and spreading the virus that way, which is nice, because I get paranoid if I think I could transmit it via my hands, and they are actually pretty much invisible.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I get paranoid about spreading the virus too. Constantly hand washing! I've got Zovirax but it really doesn't help once the bloody thing has actually broken out. Think I'll go to the apotheke tomorrow and get some Compeeds. Can't make it any worse, eh?
