I went to aerobics in the end but left about an hour and a half earlier than normal. Went to the train station to find all the buses had been cancelled but the nice bus guy organised a special bus for the people stranded in Hameln, bless him. And it was free too!

!! that's so lovely! I can't imagine anyone doing that here. Though they were exceptionally apologetic about the train to London being delayed... Suppose people from Swansea spent a whole hour longer on the train than they expected. But aww, what a nice man.

Was/is the storm exciting?

Not as exciting as in other parts of Germany. North Sea residents had more of a 'fun' time of it. It was just very VERY windy and rainy for ages. Woke up this morning and it's still windy but it looks quite calm... deception from the sunshine outside my window, lol.
