I don't know what the deal was with this chapter. Maybe I'm subconsciously resisting writing because with every chapter I get closer to finishing this?

I am so glad you updated. I really like this story and if you want to make it longer I won't mind :D really

I thought the scene with Jack saying he was Bobby's father and the nurse saying she thought his father was already in there was so touching. Bobby is lucky to have two loving fathers to care about him.

And Junior is warming up more and more to Ennis. I liked their hug (but small boo boo? you said Ennis stood up when she came into the room then the next paragraph you say he is still sitting with Jack resting against him?)

And the scene with Lureen and Junior was classic!

more please (nice scene on father's day. Bobby's two worried dads) I liked how they held hands and kissed and didn't care who saw

I was so happy to see this update. Although you said Bobby would be okay, it's nice seeing that he's conscious and aware of his surroundings. And it made me smile when he was trying to figure out which of his dads was talking to him when he first woke up.

And I liked how you portrayed Lureen in this chapter. Well, everyone really, because it was an uncomfortable situation for all them. Very believable.

Thanks so much for the update, and with coffeecat33, I'll be sad to see this end, but then, hopefully, you'll be able to work on your other story. :)

Always glad to see an update to this story, especially a nice, long one like this. I really liked the convo around Ennis having to excuse Junior & Jack having to excuse Bobby. I know that may seem weird, but it speaks to me of how far their family has come...that Jack didn't even think of it. Do I sense a legal sopmething-or-other on the horizon so they can avoid this hassle in the future? Also, I hope you explore some more of Junior's growing relationship with Ennis, it has always fascinated me in this story. Oh, and did something happen w/Junior & Kurt last night? She seemed kind of nervous when asked how well she slept...
