After I got out of my last relationship, I decided that I looked down upon those that hopped from relationship to relationship, dating one person monogamously constantly. i think you should avoid being a relationship as a safety net, avoid the relationships where you think the whole time...am i happy? does he like me? does he get me? do i get him? ...those aren't good. having a boyfriend just to say " i have a boyfriend so i am a good person" is just going to wind up being a waste of time. but if you feel something for someone, i don't think labels matter, and you shouldn't run away from it just because it has the potential to work or not work. :o) this has been love doctor dranoff.
