COVID hit work on the 5th of November and spread rapidly amongst two departments. The first dose of the COVID vaccine was given on December 28th & 29th.

Last week my best friend's dad's secretary passed away, caught COVID at church. It's crazy how this has spread and what's even crazier is that in just 2 weeks how many people have tested positive. The only good thing is the fatality rate has remained low and at least here so far our hospitals have been able to handle the amount of patients coming in.

Pandemic update 11 days later
Wow, this is what I was interested in. The cases jumped a lot over the last 11 days, I know this is because increased testing ability and for the US the re-opening of many cities and that the % positive has remained the same but it's just crazy to see!!
