Bar-end mirror.
Obnoxiously loud electronic horn with remote conveniently mounted within thumb's reach.
Bike gloves with gel padding in the palm. (Blessings be upon the person who realized that while spandex may be cool and all, the back/top of the hand still needs to be terry cloth.)
People who get it.
Contract-to-perm.
