It's been sleeting here. Bleh. Disgusting. I'm wondering if my car is going to be encased in ice in the morning. I hate being cold.

It just struck me, today, that you all seem not to have come to town last weekend. Or did we just miss you? The party we were here for was wonderful. Did you see the pics? Tommy looked so handsome.

Btw, I have a favor to ask of you. You might remember the greenmen that were hanging at the bottom of my stairs. They're all commemorating particular things, trips. I'd love one from Russel since it's where Tommy and I met. I don't think I've ever seen that statuary place open when I've been there, so I wondered if you would mind checking there or anywhere else that might carry a greenman to hang on the wall. If you found one and picked it up I would, of course, reimburse you. I wouldn't want a crazily pricey one, though... probably not more than $30. Are you game?

Maybe my memory is flawed... it's not at all unlikely! It's definitely decaying with age! But I thought there was a place on the same street as Jim's old place, the tiny little house where I met Tommy. It seems like we passed it when we walked to the gas station that evening to get drink stuff. For all I know, though, I've confused it with something/somewhere else, or even confused that it was some type of merchant
