I hear Ya, We are losing the house, trying to hang on until May, when Sylvia graduates. She was accepted to UWF, and fortunatly we have been paying into the Pre Pay plan for her since she was in 2nd grade. It is not enough to cover everything but it is a good start. We had hoped several years ago to walk away from this house with 100K. Now even if we could keep it, it would take 10 years just to break even. We are moving up to our property in TN, and have hopefully saved enough to put a single wide on it. There go my plans for an eco friendly earth sheltered home.
