Yes, I know what you mean. Even just a few years ago, life was all about doing whatever sounded like fun. I try to make up for the rigid schedule, at least in part, with random spontanuity. In the words of Tom Lycus: "NEVER pass up the opportunity to have an amazing weekend." Not as easy as it used to be, though.

Anywho, I'd be afraid to go on those Epcot rides these days! People keep dying all over the place and they STILL won't shut them down. scerrry.

life seems to get shorter as we get older. i still have trouble that understanding that i have been alive and on this earth for 21 years. it doesnt feel like it. it doesnt feel like 5 years. where did the other 16 go? did i waste them? did i lose them?

poor disney taking the rap. most of the time its actually the people being stupid and not reading the warning signs than the ride actually malfunctioning or causing harm. things do happen and its unfortunate, but much of the time they could have been prevented if the people had only read and listened to the warnings. for example at work at teh t2-3d show ther are seveal warnings about it being pg13 and too intense and loud for small children...never the less there is always at least oen parent and screaming child leaving the theater about half way through the show with the parent ranting and raving that he/she didnt know it was too intense for their child. read people...read!

enough of that.
