If you're cut-pasting directly into the rich-text box then I understand why it was too long, because when you do that you paste all the formatting information and it seems like you've got a lot of that, hahha ~

So I'm pretty sure one of your only options is to paste text only into the HTML box and reformat it yourself.

But I'm no expert, so sorry, hope that helped somehow... D:

:) i know how to do all of the formatting for HTML because i make websites but the only thing i can't figure out is how to do a LJ cut code....all well this will work for now......next one (if i make it a chapter fic) wont have so much formatting!!! :) thanks

I know that there are instructions in the FAQ for lj-cuts.
Like, ( lj-cut text="inserttexthere" ) in the carats, or something.
