First I was happy that you updated...then when I read it I was like /cry. Im sorry sexy about the car issue. That does seem like crap, I wish I could help but there isn't anything I can do. If anything, know this: those reps will say anything to sell a car, plain and simple. Yes, selling it at wholesale without checking it not only would go against what they said but it would also be unethical (hence the knocks on used car salesmen). You could make a little case if you wanted to as far as that 5 day guarantee, and I would advise it.

Dude, take it from my experience...used car dealers have no souls. They lie more than lawyers and the government put together...and believe me, I know, I;ve been dealing with them now, looking for my own car...oh did I tell u I got a license? LOL....good luck and God Speed!
