Five years ago...
On this night, five years ago, Neil and I had our first date. So we decided to celebrate our anniversary with a date day.
We started out with an early morning ride. It rained, and we ended up thoroughly soaked and muddy. It was great. The air is so fresh and full of fragrance when it rains.
Came home, showered and headed out for a late lunch at one of our favorite places here. Then hit the local theater for an early double feature.
Star Wars and Wolverine - Origins.
**ETA - It was actually Star Trek not Star Wars. Sheeesh.
Headed home, stopped off at Marble Slab for decadent yummie goodness.
I can't think of a better way to celebrate an anniversary. :-)
