I have a social policy exam tomorrow at noon. We get to bring in an 8 1/2 by 11'' piece of paper with cheat notes. We are allowed to fill both sides of this paper. Our exam consists of 12 true or false questions and one essay. Our review lists three possible questions, we have to prepare two of them and choose one once we get the exam. I stepped on the scale the other day out of curiousity. My obsession with the numbers has been waning lately but I still step on that scale once a week. I've lost five pounds in one week. I can't believe how quickly this year went by. It feels like I just started this school year but it's almost April. It's scary how quickly time goes by. School's so stressful but most of the major assignments are out of the way now. And thats obvious when I slept for 18 hours yesterday. I slept right through my alarm and two classes. Burnout sucks.... 
Life's still getting me down but I'm handling things much better then I was the last few weeks. I'm not at the point I was at before but slowly I'm getting back there. It's great when you can see improvements in your daily life. It just helps things move along...
Happiness can't be too far away now.

I'm seriously considering going into therapy. I need to at least see a counseller. I don't know how to cope anymore. I don't sleep, I'm falling back into horrible eating patterns that are devestating to my health and well being. I'm stretching myself far too thin.
