Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars

Anybody else think that Gilmore Girls is has lost its mojo?

I for one love the fact that Luke punch Christopher, since Chris must have known that Lorelai was vunerable, and should not have taken advantage of her. But the punch got me exciting, thinking that more would happen in the episode but it didn't. I love that Rory was upset by the fact that

Or Piz can get over veronica... and just be Wallace's friend. He deserves friends!! And you know that he can't be buddy buddy with Weevil or Logan. And if he's always surrounded by Mac & Veronica he might go "they really are painting my nails" crazy (but I totally want at least 1 episode of M/V/W BFF Movie night).

And Dick rocks and I totally know that's wrong, but can't help loving his little blond [slightly rotten] heart.

I think Wallace, Veronica, and Mac would be best friends! I mean Mac and Wallace are the two people that Veronica can really count on other than her Dad.

I know. I hope there is a story line where the three have to protect each other... not that I don't enjoy Logan. But I want a storyline that effects the three and they rely on each other and comfort each other like friends do. la sigh. Plus, I miss the Wallace/Veronica friendship...

Wallace/Veronica is the only male/female relationship that has stayed platonic, thank goodness. Even Disney can't let people just stay friends.

That storyline would be cool. I can imagine Veronica relaying more on them this season. :)

I haven't seen GG yet, but I'll comment on VM. See, I don't think Piz is really the kind of guy Veronica would go for. At ALL. Maybe if Logan did something really bad, but he's busy being the perfect boyfriend right now, so he should just keep doing that to keep all of us crazy LoVe shippers happy. :D (Though I will admit to have the same "Piz should be evil" thought! Heh. I'm such a fangirl sometimes.) So I'm really hoping they just keep Piz the sweet guy crushing on Veronica and don't try to make him an actual obstacle for Logan & Veronica.

I think Parker will be okay. Becaue she started out being the typically annoying roommate, but now it looks like she'll have a whole heck of a lot more depth.

And, yes! Dick with depth, too! I can't believe how interested in him I am now.

And I love the new credits, too. They work so well for the new college atmosphere.

Wow. That was a long comment, but it's been so long since there's been new VM to discuss!

LOL, we are such fangirls. Anything to make our ship stay together. Logan is being sweet, like he really is.

Yeah the credits are mature. :)

I hope all the annoying characters get more depth.

I haven't been terribly pleased with GG since- oh, about a minute before the closing credits of last season's finale. There were some really good moments in this episode- I think Luke punching Christopher is my favorite thing *ever*, "Kirk's" amused me, and TJ actually made me laugh for once- a lot of the time, I just find him amusing. But, seriously, is the theme of this season just going to be "over-done TV cliches"? Blah.

Oh, and tonight was the first time I've watched VM, ever- hooray for it being on after Gilmore Girls. Well, sort of- I really, really enjoyed what I saw, but something in my head was too spastic to sit down to watch *two* *whole* *hours!* of tv in a row. But I'm going to have to train myself to learn to do that. Unless I get too annoyed with Gilmore Girls. :P

Also, I had to laugh- the hot criminology professor is played by the same guy who played the hot anthropology professor in Saved by the Bell: The College Years.

LOL, the professor also played the Vice Princpal on Joan of Arcadia.

Yay for new VM love!

I understand it was hard for me to watch two hours of giddy TV time. Why do they do this to me? Tuesday I am not allowed to do anything anymore. LOL, its like when Buffy was on. :)

Blah too! Isn't it kind of sad that the only thing we really liked was the first minute and some minor characters?

Why are they denying that they are meant to be together? They should just both admit that they both did something wrong and have a bunch of babies. :D

I think Piz asked "was that your boyfriend?" and Veronica had a serious lack of an answer. I find that highly disconcerting :( Someone please tell me that I'm wrong?

Maybe she was just shocked by the stupid question. I mean is she just a kissing whore? Does she kiss people who are not her boyfriend?

Gilmore Girls did disapoint me last night, i was expecting a laugh fest but it's losing its touch
