it said the following:

"Your son, Edgar Allen, at San Leandro High School, was marked absent today."

must have been too many people absent today ...

Heh, I remember those automatic messages. The especially dumb part is that your parents aren't necessarily the ones who answer it. So you could still ditch without your parents ever knowing. Not that I did... XD
